TerraNext provides a software platform for solar park operators that includes:

- Regenerative agriculture recommendations
- Financial modeling and simulation tools
- SCADA integration and monitoring capabilities
- Performance analytics and reporting

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

Simulations and Projections: Our financial models, yield projections, and recommendations are based on scientific research and available data, but are provided for informational purposes only. Actual results may vary.
"As Is" Basis: The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraNext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TerraNext and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Services will be discontinued
- You may export Your Data within 30 days
- We may retain data as required by law
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
